 How to automatically turn on and off the solar led street light ?  

No need other special switch , the photocell in the solar charge controller make the solar street light automatically  turn on at dark , and turn off at down.  The power from solar panel is changed according to the sunshine , when the current from solar panel is lower than the critical value , the  to turn on light . On the contrary , the current is higher than the critical value, the light turned off at the down .
